Chat is up! I’ll be hanging out in skype over at nikkernoodle, so if you need an invitation to chat, hit me up. 

Those of you that follow my personal tumblr know that my computer has been out for a little over two weeks now, but I think I’ve finally got it all fixed up and running. YAAAAAAY. 

But Nikki! I hear you cry. Whatever could this mean?!

Well my darlings, it means that I’ll be regularly updating the book club again with a new reading section for this week (shorter because good lordy it’s already Thursday :|) and the chat will be up and running again this Sunday from about 6-7AM until probably 6-9PM, depends on how many people we have and how chat is going. 

But yes. Time to get this road on the show, as they say. 

Ahhhh sorry this is so late everyone. I thought I posted this Monday but apparently tumblr saved it as a draft. So we’ll be reading up to the quote:

I am without an accompanist, and I have a midterm in voice lessons on Monday. This is a huge problem. One I’ve been attempting to fix, but has yet the solution has evaded me. Long story short, I’m going to need Sunday to go to the music department head and plead for help. So, on that token, I’m going to need somewhere between 2-5 volunteers to run chat tomorrow between the hours of 6am and around 9pm PST depending on what hours people will be on, as I will not be able to.

I’ll provide you with a (hopefully long) list of things you can ask to help keep chat going and talking about Interesting Good Omens-Related Things. Some philosophical, some relationship discussions, some just fangirly stuff…I’ll make it versatile. But I need volunteers for this ASAP, so if you think this is something you would like to do, shoot me an ask and I’ll get back to you pretty quicklike.

Auuuuugh I’m sorry this is so late, everyone. I’ve started getting sick, too, on top of everything so…I apologize for this being late. And for me being awful at chat yesterday. Next weekend will be better.

So this week we’ll be reading up to this quote:

For now, since it seems to work really well, chat is text only.

General rules apply: be respectful, be courteous of others opinions, please don’t discuss farther in the book than we’ve read. Differing opinions are, perhaps, inevitable, but if you are mean about it I’ll boot you, and you won’t get let back in until next chat.

I’ll reblog this every four or so hours, to make sure that everyone gets in on it.

This week we will be continuing from where we left off and ending at these last two sentences:

On a second note, I’m considering starting chat even earlier next week, perhaps around 6am, and ending around the same time, 6pm, both in pst. How would this effect the people that weren’t able to join us this time?
